"I've been with State Farm for around 30 + years first with auto then adding homeowners as life progressed. Joel has my agent for around maybe 10 +years after he took over the office where I was a client. That's not really important, what is that he continued the excellent coverage and service I had always known. When I sold my house in Seattle and moved to the Spokane area and bought a new house , he was able to still provided me with excellent coverage .Which brings me to to this week. I cracked my windshield and I sent an email to Joel asking if that was covered, I could have looked it up, but it's more fun to say hello, within just a few minutes I received a very warm and cheery greeting and then a phone call in which he set me up with an appointment and took care of all the details.
